Massage hydration!
Proper hydration plays a crucial role in maximizing the benefits of a massage therapy session. To prevent soreness and stiffness, lubricate joints, and alleviate joint pain, it is essential to hydrate both before and after the treatment. During a massage, muscles release fluids, which must be replenished to avoid muscle cramps and discomfort. Adequate hydration also facilitates the removal of toxins from the body, supporting kidney function and overall well-being.
We recommend for you to drink approximately 350ml of water in the evening preceding your massage. While ensuring to remain hydrated throughout the day, we suggest an additional 350ml of water about 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Optimal hydration is necessary for achieving the best possible results from your massage, ensuring a high-quality experience.
